Guillem Balague has suggested that Liverpool are set to sign Luis Alberto, a Sevilla player who spent last season on loan at FC Barcelona B.
The youngster is being likened to Barcelona legends Xavi and Iniesta because of his incredible passing ability and dribbling skills.
